FICCI ARISE Excellence Awards is an initiative of Federation of Indian Chambers of
Commerce and Industry to recognize contribution of schools that have set benchmarks

(Sustainable Development Goals). Graced with the esteemed presence of Mr. Sanjay
Kumar, Secretary, School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India,
the 5th FICCI ARISE School Education Conference 2022 highlighted the necessity of a
holistic collaboration between government, industry, and society to achieve the
ambitious objectives of NEP 2020.The felicitation ceremony was a glittering event held at Mumbai on 9 and 10 December 2022. The Director Principal of The SD Vidya School Ms. Neelinderjeet Kaur Sandhu received the prize.

The S. D. Vidya School, Ambala Cantt has been awarded with a certificate for achieving A Plus grade in the Cleanliness Survey 2022 conducted by the Municipal Council, Ambala Sadar.
The citation ceremony for the same was conducted in the Conference hall of SD College, Ambala Cantt. on 4 February 2022. The Chief Guest of the ceremony were Mr. Ravinder, Executive Officer and Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Secretary, Municipal Council, Ambala. The Director- Principal of The S. D. Vidya School, Ms. Neelinderjeet Kaur Sandhu received the certificate. The Principal of SD College Dr. Rajendra Rana and Head of Department of Math in SD College Dr. Naveen Gulati was also present on the occasion. This honour was accorded to the school for its impeccable cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation management.

The Director Principal of the school Ms. Neelinderjeet Kaur Sandhu was awarded a certificate of appreciation for displaying exemplary contribution in raising awareness among children and parents about vaccination drive during COVID 19 pandemic time by the Honorable Chief Minister of Haryana Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar in the Republic day celebrations held at Police Line, Ambala City.
